Can I place an order online?
Yes. Wine, Spirits and More can be purchased on our website. You must be at least 21 years old to order and/or receive alcohol from us. All orders require the signature of a person at least 21 years old.
 
What is your return/refund policy?
If you are dissatisfied with our products, we would like the chance to correct the situation. Please contact Customer Service at (631)591-2712 or by submitting an inquiry via email
 
What if I am not home at the time of delivery?
The shipping service will attempt delivery three times to a person who is at least 21 years old. After the third attempt and no one is at home, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you that your package has been returned. If we do not receive a response within five days, a full refund will be issued to your credit card (shipping charges will not be refunded). If you would re-order items that were undeliverable, please place a new order.
 
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We must collect applicable sales tax in the states that is required to do so.
 
What forms of payment do you accept online?
We accept credit cards for online orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
 
Can I pay with my BevMax gift card online?
No, currently our gift cards can not be used as payment for an online order.
 
Where do we ship?
Riverhead Liquor Mart cannot ship to the following states: AK, AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, HI, IA, KY, MA, MD, ME, MS, MT, ND, NH, NJ, OK, PA, SD, TN, UT, WV. Contact us if more information is needed, through our Customer Service department or call 631.591.2712.
 
Riverhead Liquor Mart does not ship on major holidays and weekends. We do not ship any alcoholic beverages to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
 
When I order, can my shipping address be different from my billing address?
Yes, you may place an order and have it shipped to a different address than your billing address.
 
What if my order arrives damaged?
We will promptly replace any product that arrives damaged. Simply call us at 631.591.2712 or email us so we may send you a replacement.
 
I forgot my password. Now what?
After clicking “Sign In”, click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link. An automatic email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password. Click the link in the email and it will take you to an area on the website to reset your password. If you still have problems logging in, please call Customer Service at 631.591.2712
