How long do deliveries take and are delivery times guaranteed?

Delivery times are subject to variables out of our control such as time of day, order volume, and traffic conditions. For most sections of D.C., we can deliver in under 2 hours.

Coasters does not guarantee delivery times as there could always be external factors that may delay orders.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

Yes. Delivery orders are packed immediately upon reception at the store, therefore address change requests can be made within 10 minutes of an order being placed or before the driver leaves the store. You will know that the driver has left the store and is on their way when you receive a text or email that lets you know that an order is on its way.

 

To change your order’s delivery address please call (202) 803-2635. A store associate will confirm if the address of your order can be changed and if it can be changed, they will make the requested change.

 

How do I cancel or schedule my delivery?

Can I deliver to a P.O. APO/FPO/DPO Box?

Orders cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box, because all orders require an Adult Signature.

How far in advance can I schedule a delivery?

Up to 7 days in advance.

Do I need to be home to sign for my order?

Someone 21+ with a photo id must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the order.

If you are not home, then the order will be returned to the store. If you still wish to have your order delivered, you can call the store at (202) 803-2635. If the call is made within the same hour that the order has been returned or if you have not yet been notified that your order has been canceled, we can have the order re-delivered. If you have received an SMS or email that your order has been canceled, then you will need to re-order from the website and will have this initial order be refunded.
